Welcome to German Fit, where your fitness goals are our goals.
Our program offers everything from one on one personal training at your home to group classes, youth athletic training, and personal soccer training. The one on one session gives you a personalized workout that will lead you to your goal in your own home. Our group classes allow you to experience the difference between static training with machines and dynamic training through movement. The classes are divided between Strength and conditioning. Each class runs for 45 minutes, except our 30 minute special core attack. Youth athletic training focuses on Speed, Quickness & Agility along with solid Core performance protocols. The sessions will build strength, coordination, and develop the fitness level of each player and significantly reduce the occurrence of injury.
